For a game problem
Include the game name, your browser and device, what you clicked or pressed, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help, but please leave out passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
For a missing save
Check that you are using the same browser and device, outside a private browsing session. Game saves stay in local browser storage. We cannot restore data that has been deleted or was never sent to a server.
For privacy or ownership questions
Use “GamePoppy privacy” or “GamePoppy content” in the subject and identify the relevant page. Our privacy policy explains local storage, hosting, advertising, and messages sent to support.
Where to play
All six games are available in the collection. No registration, purchase, or app installation is required. For now, we do not offer paid coins or an ad-free subscription.
